Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Returned with any original tags, labels, or packaging included with the order

  • Free of perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Because many Off The Set items are pre-owned or one-of-a-kind, we carefully photograph, measure, and describe each piece before listing. Please review all photos, measurements, item condition notes, and sizing details before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, or similar personal items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned with signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, smoke, makeup, or stains

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
